Despite the diversity of business training programs available, many small business managers do not access them. Training times, locations, costs and lack of relevance. All are common barriers to small business owners getting the support required to take their business to the next level.
In recognition of the significant contribution small businesses make to the economy as well as the specific challenges small businesses face, Small Business Solutions was born.
An outcome of the Queensland Government’s Skills Plan, Small Business Solutions was developed by the Department of Education and Training in conjunction with TAFE Queensland and Skilling Solutions Queensland.
The support and commitment of its many key stakeholders has also made Small Business Solutions possible. It is these partnerships that will ensure the success of the program across our community over the long term.
